Job Description
Senior Product Owner responsible for API and data product strategy, working collaboratively across business and tech teams to deliver impactful solutions at Extractta.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of API and data product roadmaps aligned with the business strategy.
- Structuring data for clients and partners.
- Translating business requirements into technical stories for engineering and architecture teams.
- Managing the lifecycle of public, private, and partner APIs.
- Defining API contracts (REST/JSON), documentation, and consumption governance.
- Acting as an interface with clients to understand integration needs and data consumption requirements.
- Collaborating with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams.
Requirements:
- Product Owner with solid experience in defining, building, and evolving API-based products and data platforms;
- Experience acting as a bridge between business, technology, and clients;
- Ability to design solutions that enable the secure and scalable exposure of data and services to internal and external consumers;
- Skill in backlog prioritization and continuous delivery of value, ensuring APIs and data products meet integration, analytics, and information consumption needs of partners and clients;
- Experience building API ecosystems, data products, and integration platforms, overseeing the full product lifecycle — from discovery and roadmap definition to writing user stories and tracking deliveries with engineering teams;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Seniority in working with high-performance teams;
- Solid experience in Agile projects.
