Job Description
Remote Senior QA Automation Engineer building UI, API, and end-to-end automation for enterprise platforms. Validating orders, payments, and transactional workflows across business and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
- Build and maintain regression and functional test suites
- Ensure quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations across frontend, APIs, and backend systems, including orders, payments, and financial and transactional processes
- Partner with stakeholders to support UAT, identify gaps, and align business, product, and engineering teams
Requirements:
- 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background
- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with UI automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
- Understanding of automation frameworks and test design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability to work 11:00 am–7:00 pm local time to overlap with US hours
