Job Description
Senior Automation QA Engineer testing Python backend automation for Miratech’s cloud contact center clients. Improving test coverage, troubleshooting defects, and validating scalable CCaaS features.
Responsibilities:
- Test the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution
- Support and improve existing test automation
- Identify and troubleshoot defects
- Validate new features
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality
- Collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
- Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Basic log analysis
- Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
- Experience with JavaScript (nice to have)
- Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java (desirable)
- Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance) (desirable)
- Experience with high-volume transactional systems (a plus)
