Job Description
Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant responsible for implementing solutions remotely. Focused on SAP Incentive Management with emphasis on commission calculations and business stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Implement SAP Incentive Management solutions
- Gather business requirements and design compensation plans
- Configure and support commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, and workflows
- Collaborate with teams for testing and go-live support
- Provide hypercare support post-implementation
- Work with business stakeholders for successful integration
Requirements:
- Strong SAP Incentive Management experience
- Hands-on experience in implementing SAP Incentive Management
- End-to-end implementation experience
- Strong functional and configuration knowledge
- Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
- Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
- Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations (preferred)
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders (preferred)
- Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems (preferred)
- SQL and data migration experience (preferred)
