Job Description
SAP Consultant focused on Real Estate Management, solving technical issues and maintaining operational support in a technology-driven company. Join a diverse team working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to tickets in the SAP AMS (Application Management Services) support area
- Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues in the SAP RE (Real Estate) module
- Prepare functional documentation, technical specifications, and perform integrated testing
- Knowledge of IFRS 16 and the accounting implications related to lease contracts
Requirements:
- Experience with the Real Estate Management (RE) module, handling leasing, facilities, and property contract processes; integrating with the Financial (FI) module and using SAP S/4HANA, often in support (AMS) roles or in implementation and improvement projects
- Knowledge of SAP CO (Controlling)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Analysis, or a related field
