Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy SAP Service modules
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Lead the Service Management module leveraging SAP S/4HANA
- Evaluate and optimise business processes for effective project delivery
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in SAP service management
- Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service modules
- Advanced knowledge of service-oriented business processes
- Strong proficiency in cross-topic integration with FICO, SD, MM, PM, CATS
- Ability to manage business stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills
