Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in SAP service management
  • Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service modules
  • Advanced knowledge of service-oriented business processes
  • Strong proficiency in cross-topic integration with FICO, SD, MM, PM, CATS
  • Ability to manage business stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
