Job Description
Social Media and Content Manager shaping social strategy and content for Fieldguide, an AI-powered audit and advisory software company. Repurposing complex industry expertise into social-native campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Set social strategy and own execution from concept through the content calendar
- Repurpose and reconstruct blog posts, eGuides, research reports, and webinars into social-native formats
- Write and manage recurring short-form content for subject-matter experts and functional leads
- Create byline series, resource articles, and campaign-driven event and demand-generation copy
- Own and evolve content systems, including the calendar, briefing templates, and social brand guidelines
- Partner with demand generation, product, content, and communications teams
- Scope campaigns and content from concept through final delivery
- Shape how major company moments appear on social from concept through execution
Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on experience personally running organic social strategy and execution for a brand
- Experience running a social media calendar and managing stakeholders
- Ability to make platform-specific judgment calls
- Ability to translate dense, technical, or dry material into scroll-stopping, social-native content
- Visual storytelling skills, including pairing copy with carousels, short videos, and graphics
- Ability to write and manage recurring short-form content for subject-matter experts and functional leads
- Genuine curiosity about how audit and advisory professionals engage online
- Comfortable receiving edits and iterating
- Location in the USA
