Senior Software Engineer at Vivo enhancing AI-driven platforms and services. Focusing on scalable and secure solutions for their AI infrastructure.

Design, develop and maintain APIs, SDKs and platform services.
Implement integrations and orchestration layers for AI agents and services.
Ensure security, performance and observability in cloud-distributed systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional squads, supporting technical decisions and architectural evolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/Infrastructure as Code practices.
Participate in technical discussions, proposing solutions aligned with engineering best practices.
Support and mentor less-experienced developers, strengthening a culture of quality.

Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Nest.js).
Experience in microservices architecture and development.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for building, deploying and managing applications.
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures (preferably Azure: AKS, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, Redis, MongoAtlas).
Experience with REST APIs and gRPC, messaging and asynchronous communication (SSE, WebSockets).
Practical experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps and Git version control.
Knowledge of API security (OAuth 2.0, authentication, credential management).
Differentials / Nice to have:
Experience with language models and artificial intelligence.
Knowledge of best practices for prompt engineering.
Experience with agent and orchestration libraries (LangChain, LangGraph).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with observability (logs, metrics and monitoring).
