Job Description
Senior frontend-focused full-stack engineer building Hypori’s React and TypeScript administration console. Delivering secure, accessible web features for Hypori’s cybersecurity SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own web application development for the Hypori Console, used by internal administrators and customer group/tenant managers
- Lead front-end architecture and implementation for a React and TypeScript application
- Shape end-to-end user experience by gathering stakeholder feedback, defining interaction patterns and information architecture, and translating complex workflows into efficient interfaces
- Collaborate with Product Management and Console users on interface design and priorities
- Lead component structure, state management, routing, build and test tooling, and shared component library conventions
- Deliver and troubleshoot features end-to-end through REST APIs and backend services in a Kubernetes-deployed microservices architecture
- Integrate enterprise identity providers and authorization features including single sign-on, session handling, and role-based access control
- Build accessible interfaces meeting Section 508 / WCAG 2.x AA expectations
- Establish and maintain unit, component, and end-to-end front-end test coverage in CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and influence technical decisions
- Use provided AI tooling responsibly to accelerate engineering tasks and improve product quality
- Follow secure software development policies and protect intellectual property, user data, and system integrity
- Provide periodic off-business-hours on-call support to operations staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Significant depth in front-end engineering
- Ability to architect scalable enterprise web applications
- Expert-level command of modern frontend development, including state management, data fetching, component composition, and web fundamentals
- Working proficiency in at least one backend language
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, container-based delivery, and public cloud platforms
- Product sense and design judgment
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and how to build and test against them
- Proficient knowledge of secure coding practices, common web vulnerabilities and mitigations, and identity and access management patterns
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical work across one or more teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder
- Preferred: experience with security, identity, or infrastructure management products; enterprise component libraries and design systems; front-end observability
