Job Description
Desenvolvedor Fullstack desenvolvendo aplicações Java e Angular. Atuando com microsserviços, Kubernetes, observabilidade, segurança e resiliência de ambientes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, refactor, and enhance applications using Java and Angular
- Conduct critical code reviews, identify technical debt, and propose improvements
- Investigate and resolve incidents and technical issues by addressing root causes
- Contribute to the modernization and technological evolution of new and legacy applications
- Develop and maintain solutions using Spring Boot and Spring Batch
- Work with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Contribute to defining and evolving application architecture
- Work across development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Troubleshoot applications and containerized environments
- Analyze issues related to containers, Pods, resources, and availability
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes, analyzing manifests, health checks, logs, and workloads
- Use Rancher to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot environments
- Apply observability practices and analyze logs, metrics, and health indicators
- Support SRE culture initiatives focused on availability, resilience, and incident prevention
- Work with Requests/Limits, container health, and environment capacity
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and technical debt
- Participate in technology upgrades and system obsolescence initiatives
- Contribute to the optimization of Docker images and CI/CD pipelines
- Work with DevSecOps, code quality, and automated analysis
- Participate in refinement sessions, technical discussions, and solution decisions
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and other squad members
- Support the advancement of software engineering culture and technical quality
- Use Generative AI for development, refactoring, testing, and productivity
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices-based architecture
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including manifests, health checks, logs, and workloads
- Knowledge of Rancher for monitoring, management, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of observability, logs, metrics, and health indicators
- Knowledge of Requests/Limits, container health, and environment capacity
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, code quality, and automated analysis
- Knowledge of application security and vulnerability remediation
- Ability to work with new and legacy applications
- Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and independently lead technical activities
- Ability to work across development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Proactivity, autonomy, initiative, accountability, and critical and analytical thinking
- Clear communication, collaboration, flexibility, and a continuous-improvement mindset
