Job Description
Desenvolvedor Full Stack na Stefanini, ecossistema global de tecnologia e inovação. Criando e operando soluções com Java, APIs, Angular, Kubernetes e cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the agile transformation strategy and implementation roadmap
- Ensure timely and appropriate training and guidance for teams, fostering an agile culture
- Act as an advisor to executives and leaders, supporting mindset and behavioral change
- Monitor transformation progress, gathering evidence of impact and proposing continuous adjustments
- Remove organizational impediments, including cultural barriers and structural and logistical challenges
- Lead the development of internal capabilities, promoting autonomy and continuous learning
- Support team members with squad-level planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Work strategically, focusing on the critical analysis of operational metrics to promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Serve as a reference in coaching and mentoring, using techniques such as co-coaching, powerful questions, and dialogic learning
Requirements:
- Experience developing and operating systems using Java, microservices, APIs (Spring Boot, Node.js), Angular, JSF, PrimeFaces, and React
- Knowledge of service containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS, EKS, GKE, and OpenShift
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices using Nexus, SonarQube, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub, and StarTeam
- Experience with continuous integration, automated deployment, and unit testing
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, and the Agile Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of private and public cloud environments, including Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Commitment to writing readable, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, WebSphere, JBoss, Kafka, Kafka Streams, SQL Server, Kubernetes, JSF, and Angular
