Job Description
Senior .NET/React/Azure engineer building distributed systems for Signify Health’s value-based healthcare platform. Developing scalable full-stack applications that transform home-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and operate business-critical distributed systems
- Build and sustain innovative software solutions
- Use full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems
- Design, implement, and operate distributed systems at scale
- Develop and maintain frontend client applications
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate as a key member of a technically strong, collaborative team
Requirements:
- 5 years of software development experience
- Strong foundation in software engineering, including problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, and concurrency
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with at least one programming language, such as .NET or Java
- Experience using full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of RDBMS such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Strong experience with distributed systems design, implementation, and operation at scale
- Strong experience with cloud vendors such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Clear and effective communication
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with asynchronous, event-based architectures
- Preferred: Experience with Kafka, REST APIs, Protobuf, gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Preferred: Experience with application and performance monitoring platforms such as New Relic or Grafana
- Preferred: Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Preferred: Experience writing and maintaining frontend client applications; Angular/React preferred
- Preferred: Experience with agile methodologies
