Job Description
Senior Software Engineer desenvolvendo e mantendo sistemas críticos em Go para a Stone, empresa brasileira de tecnologia e serviços financeiros. Foco em microsserviços, testes automatizados e confiabilidade em produção.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain new features
- Develop systems that are critical to the company’s operations
- Monitor system performance and the deployment of system changes
- Document implemented changes
- Create and maintain production systems, taking into account performance, scalability, security, availability, reliability, resilience, and integration with the application ecosystem
- Identify gaps in the architecture and development process and propose solutions
- Conduct code and documentation inspections
- Implement automated tests
- Collaborate with the team during Code Reviews, highlighting best practices and potential improvements
Requirements:
- Identify gaps in the architecture and development process and propose solutions

- Develop software in Go
- Knowledge of relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to collaborate with the team during Code Reviews, highlighting best practices and potential improvements
- Preferred: knowledge of public and private clouds, such as OpenStack, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Preferred: knowledge of messaging technologies, such as RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, Kafka, and IBM MQ
- Preferred: knowledge of Microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture, and Lambda Architecture
- Preferred: experience with relational and non-relational data modeling
- Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD tools and GitHub Actions
- Preferred: knowledge of Elixir
- Preferred: knowledge of and interest in the financial services market
