Job Description

Senior Software Engineer designing and building AI-driven relocation platforms for enterprise customers. Collaborating across products, AI, and infrastructure to optimize global mobility operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and ship end-to-end product features across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications
  • Build AI-driven workflows and supply chain integrations that power the platform
  • Design scalable data models with Supabase and Postgres, including row-level security for enterprise multi-tenancy
  • Develop intuitive interfaces that make complex relocation data easy to act on
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and engineering standards as the team grows
  • Mentor future engineers and help define the engineering culture

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js
  • Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase (Postgres, Edge Functions)
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel
  • Auth & Data: Supabase, Postgres, Row-Level Security
  • Tooling: GitHub, CI/CD, analytics and observability
  • Strong fundamentals and product thinking over exact tool match.
  • Core Qualifications
  • You likely have 5+ years of professional engineering experience with meaningful full-stack ownership
  • You've built and shipped production web applications with modern TypeScript or JavaScript frameworks
  • You have strong fundamentals in backend systems, APIs, databases, and data modeling
  • You've owned large features or systems end-to-end, from design through production and iteration
  • You're comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where scope isn't always defined**
  • What We Look For
  • Full-stack ownership instinct. You naturally pull across the entire stack to ship
  • Strong user empathy and attention to real-world workflows and edge cases
  • Product intuition that goes beyond implementation to ask 'should we build this?'
  • Clear, direct communication across engineering, product, and operations
  • Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly**

Benefits:

  • Your pick when it comes to employment models: CLT/PJ/Cooperativa;
  • We provide the necessary resources for you to grow and learn on the job, the latest-gen laptops, and great ultra-wide, IPS panel monitors;
  • A fully remote work environment with flexible working hours;
  • Bonus for any referrals that we end up hiring;
