Job Description
Technology Sales Support Manager assisting sales in understanding prospects' needs with TeamMate solutions. Engaging clients and conducting software product demonstrations to facilitate the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Seeks to understand Wolters Kluwer, Wolters Kluwer CP&ESG, and TeamMate business initiatives.
- Researches and understands how TeamMate offerings fit into the prospect/client business now and in the future.
- Effectively listens to prospect/client’s problem space, subdivides the problem areas into constituent parts
- Effectively demonstrates how TeamMate software solutions address client problems (with a focus on how TeamMate can accommodate their desired methodology, business needs etc.).
- Identifies risks, recognizes impact, and consults with client to discuss mitigation plans associated with the deployment of the TeamMate product offerings.
- Stays informed of industry trends, regulatory changes and other relevant internal audit information/best practices and understands the impact of this information to clients
- Identifies and suggests improvements to presales materials and processes.
- Shares expertise and experience to help other team members.
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively with others to accomplish corporate, department and project goals / objectives.

- Actively participates in manager, team and department meetings.
- Provides activity reporting as defined by management.
- Professionally and effectively engages with client employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- High level of proficiency (native or business) in Spanish and English languages, other foreign languages highly desirable
- Min 2 yrs in Advisory + 1 yr in Internal Audit/Risk within top-tier enterprise or consulting firms
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel throughout USA, Canada, Latin and South America. Estimated at approximately 25% which includes traveling to the prospect and/or client site, sales meetings, industry conferences and relevant trainings.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a Pre-Sales role selling complex enterprise B2B software solutions, or similar consultative sales role
- Experience as either a consultant or administrator/super user of complex B2B software solutions, ideally in the audit or GRC space
- Able to understand complex business requirements and understand how solutions can be applied to address these needs
- Effective problem solving and analysis skills. Solves complex, analytical problems independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to various audiences, virtual or onsite.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook.
