Job Description
Senior Staff Engineer responsible for architecture and technical execution in EV charging networks. Leading teams and product delivery in software development for scalable charging ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Player-coach role owning architecture, product delivery, and technical execution while remaining hands-on in code.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong system architecture and cloud-native expertise
- Experience leading teams on AI/ML initiatives
- Experience leading technical decisions in production systems
- Ability to write and review production-quality code
- Comfort collaborating with product and client stakeholders
- Experience with EV charging, energy, or infrastructure systems (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with open-source development models (Nice to Have)
- Experience mentoring distributed engineering teams (Nice to Have)
