Job Description

Senior Strategy & Analytics Lead driving AI-driven growth for Healthy Labs and MyPlanAdvocate. Analyzing strategies, improving funnel performance, and leveraging data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own analytical problem-solving within a core Mission (Acquire, Convert, or Retain), proactively identifying the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Translate ambiguous business goals into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and test plans.
  • Conduct deep-dive funnel analysis across marketing, sales, operations, product, and compliance systems.
  • Identify margin expansion, conversion optimization, and cost efficiency levers.
  • Partner with leaders across Growth, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Agency teams to drive implementation — not just insights.
  • Design scalable experimentation and measurement frameworks (not one-off analyses).
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate modeling, root-cause analysis, scenario planning, and operational automation.
  • Build and maintain analytical assets that inform executive decision-making.
  • Present clear, executive-ready recommendations tied to measurable business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, growth, consulting, operations, or similar high-performance environments.
  • Proven ability to work through ambiguity and structure complex, open-ended problems.
  • Strong business acumen — you understand how funnels, unit economics, and incentives work.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel; able to independently extract and analyze raw data.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation, analytical copilots) to accelerate and expand your impact.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can translate complex analysis into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership-oriented mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.
  • Experience in performance marketing, insurance, healthcare, fintech, or regulated marketplaces is a plus but not required.
