Job Description
Lead technology product organization driving development and execution of product roadmaps. Collaborate with business leaders to deliver technology capabilities for strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define the technology product strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise business objectives
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that support scalability, modernization, and innovation
- Lead cross functional teams, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee the full application development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment
- Define and implement technology roadmaps that drive innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage
- Partner with business product management, IT operations, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance
- Promote innovation, professional development, and adoption of modern frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Coordinate release planning, manage end-to-end release processes
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience working with external service providers, software developers and engineers
- Background in data structures, quality management, orchestration, governance, etc.
- Exceptional ability to manage maintenance and creation of documentation and visualizations, as they relate to project deliverables
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, strong services API development background
- Firm understanding of Agile product development and strong Jira management
- Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Jira, and Domo
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
