Job Description
Technischer Senior Projektmanager für vitagroups digitale Gesundheits- und Datenintegrationslösungen. Steuerung klinischer Kundenprojekte, Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen von Planung bis Betrieb.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of customer projects from planning through completion
- Develop initial proposals for the target architecture and interface design
- Collaborate with customers remotely and on-site, supporting requirements through to production deployment
- Foster collaboration with operational and technical customer representatives to improve product adoption and system integration
- Act as the internal voice of the customer in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support
- Translate clinical processes and business requirements into technical interface and integration concepts
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants and provide support through technical concepts, proofs of concept, and reference solutions
- Take on adjacent responsibilities in technical consulting, requirements management, or presales support
- Define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables with stakeholders
- Own project budgets, schedules, resources, project controlling, and reporting
- Manage data integration projects and ensure seamless system connectivity
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation measures
- Coordinate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress
Requirements:
- At least five years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally in a hospital environment
- A significant portion of professional experience in technical project management, solution delivery, or a comparable technically focused role
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, eHealth, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience managing healthcare technology projects
- Experience managing complex interface and data integration projects in clinical environments
- Hands-on experience with clinical processes, IT architectures, and systems such as HIS, RIS, PACS, and ERP
- Experience with HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR, and DICOM; openEHR is a plus
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements as required by the project, primarily within German-speaking countries
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
- Precise, friendly, and service-oriented communication skills, along with a strong customer focus
- Independent, solution-oriented, and business-minded approach, with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and build lasting customer relationships
- Fluent in German and English
