Job Description
Senior Technical SEO Analyst improving 1Password’s cybersecurity SaaS website crawlability, performance, and search visibility. Leading migrations, technical implementation, monitoring, and automation across US and Canadian audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve crawlability, indexation, rendering, site performance, structured data, internal linking, and international SEO
- Diagnose complex technical issues and prioritize recommendations based on impact, effort, risk, dependencies, and business goals
- Implement changes in the CMS
- Partner with Web Engineering on technical SEO requirements, acceptance criteria, and release QA
- Lead technical SEO workstreams for migrations and major site changes, including redirect planning, launch monitoring, and post-launch remediation
- Maintain taxonomy, structured-content, internal-linking, and data-quality systems supporting scalable content discovery
- Build monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and repeatable processes using crawl, search, analytics, log, and CMS data
- Use AI, scripts, APIs, and automation to scale technical analysis, quality assurance, and repeatable fixes with human oversight
- Partner cross-functionally while reporting to the Senior Manager, SEO and GEO
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience on a complex SaaS, enterprise, international, or multi-audience website
- Strong knowledge of crawling, indexing, rendering, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, robots directives, structured data, JavaScript SEO, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and international SEO
- Experience moving from technical diagnosis to implementation through CMS changes, engineering requirements, release QA, and measurement
- Experience with an enterprise or headless CMS, including content models, publishing workflows, governance, and data quality
- Experience supporting a domain, CMS, platform, or acquired-site migration
- Strong analytical judgment
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, crawl tools, Google Search Console, web analytics, and monitoring systems
- Clear communication and cross-functional project leadership
- Ability to make day-to-day decisions independently and provide recommendations on broader decisions
- Experience with Contentful, Vercel, Next.js, GitHub, GitLab, server-log analysis, observability, automated testing, workflow automation, cybersecurity, developer products, or global websites serving business and consumer audiences is a plus
- Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship provided
