Job Description
Senior Test Analyst responsible for testing SAP Hybris eCommerce platform. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth online shopping experiences in South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Test the SAP Hybris eCommerce platform to make sure it works as expected
- Check important customer journeys such as browsing products, basket, checkout, payments, promotions and orders
- Create and run clear test cases and record results in Azure DevOps
- Log, track and help investigate bugs and issues
- Work with developers, business analysts and product owners to understand what needs to be tested
- Support good testing standards and help improve the overall quality process
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Test Analyst in eCommerce environments
- Good hands-on experience testing SAP Hybris platforms
- Understanding of online retail customer journeys and how eCommerce websites work
- Experience with web and mobile app testing
- Good working knowledge of Azure DevOps for test cases and defect tracking
- Ability to test APIs and check data is accurate
- Strong communication skills and a careful eye for detail
- Comfortable working in Agile teams
- Experience in retail or customer-facing digital platforms would be ideal, but not a deal breaker
- Relevant testing qualification or certification
