Job Description
Senior UI and Creative Designer creating visually compelling content across digital and print channels. Design websites, emails, and marketing graphics while collaborating with clients and the creative team.
Responsibilities:
- Design beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and emails using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided).
- Conceptualise and create engaging visual assets based on creative briefs.
- Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards before delivery.
- Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and attend internal/client meetings.
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide updates.
- Stay up-to-date with design software, AI tools, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and/or web designer
- Portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work (B2B projects preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Experience in graphic design, web design and email marketing design
- Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CLEAN theme to build HubSpot websites
- Experience with HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Strong branding and visual identity skills
- Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney
- Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
