Job Description
Senior Web Developer owning octonomy’s WordPress website, landing pages, tracking, and performance. Building scalable architecture and AI-powered tools for automated enterprise support processes.
Responsibilities:
- Take technical ownership of the website and landing pages in WordPress
- Make architectural decisions for the ongoing development of the web presence
- Drive new tools and AI-powered features
- Optimize UX and UI together with the Performance Lead
- Ensure consistent implementation of the brand and design system
- Own quality assurance and performance
- Establish processes that make errors visible early
- Build and maintain tracking infrastructure with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Meta Pixel
- Handle technical maintenance of the consent management tool
- Implement A/B tests
- Create tools and documentation for independent maintenance of marketing content
- Provide technical support for the web presence in DACH and the USA across multiple time zones
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a web developer in marketing
- Experience with major architecture projects such as CMS migration or platform relaunch
- Preferably had technical ownership of an entire platform or a large web project
- A good sense for brand consistency and design systems
- Preferably experience with multilingual websites and technical internationalization
- Comfortable working in English as the working language for documentation, communication and presentations
- Independent decision-making and candid communication
