Job Description
SEO Lead scaling We Love X’s affiliate comparison platforms and publisher partnerships. Driving organic growth, launching sites, and managing SEO Content Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue expansion of existing affiliate sites
- Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies
- Optimize high-value pages for rankings and click-through rate
- Own backlink campaigns across multiple affiliate sites
- Launch new affiliate sites end to end, including keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structure, and stakeholder coordination
- Conduct content audits and improve SERP feature capture
- Manage link-building tactics and collaborate with agencies and publishers to strengthen domain authority
- Research publishers and size new markets
- Assess domain authority and traffic trends
- Evaluate expansion options against business growth frameworks
- Manage and develop a team of SEO Content Managers
- Set priorities, hold team members accountable, coach for growth, and handle difficult conversations
- Report to the Head of Product
- Collaborate with publishers, vertical managers, and content teams to turn SEO opportunities into measurable business results
Requirements:
- Substantial on-page and off-page SEO experience
- Track record of driving organic growth at scale
- Proven experience managing a team and maintaining high standards
- C2 German proficiency
- Fluent English at C1+ level
- Ideally based in Berlin, with remote candidates also considered
- Analytical and structured approach
- Ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment
- Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus
