Job Description
Servicing Engineer responsible for scheduled maintenance of CNC machines for Mills CNC. Engaging with clients and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance of the DN Solutions Machines and others in accordance with our internal servicing standards
- Diagnosing faults and making repairs where appropriate
- Fostering strong professional relationships with all Mills CNC clients
- Ensuring strict compliance with our internal health and safety protocols and procedures
- Sharing information within Mills in line with our Quality Processes
Requirements:
- A qualified engineer with recognised apprenticeship
- Living within Yorkshire
- The ideal engineer location would be close to the A1 for travel to our customers
- A professional and effective communicator
- A strong proactive attitude and approach to resolving issues on site
- Knowledge of CNC turning and milling machine tools
- Experience in CNC Machine Tool maintenance (desirable)
- CNC control experience on Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain control (desirable)
