Job Description
Senior Content Strategist at insightsoftware defining content strategies and producing high-quality B2B marketing content. Engaging with customers for insights and establishing measurable KPIs for success.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the content strategy for EPM area
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content across formats
- Engage directly with customers to source insights and develop reference content
- Build and manage a customer content program
- Translate product messaging into buyer-facing narratives
- Contribute to flagship content programs and support AI-powered content workflows
- Define content KPIs and measure performance across the funnel
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B content and marketing experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing motions
- Proven track record developing content strategy with measurable impact
- Direct experience engaging with customers for case study development
- Demonstrated AI fluency and commitment to developing it fast
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
