Job Description
Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist enhancing businesses' online presence through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Facilitating community engagement and analyzing campaign performance across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with each client's brand and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and promotional initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Optimize content and campaigns using SEO best practices.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign results to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience working with U.S.-based businesses or marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Canva AI.
