Job Description

Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist enhancing businesses' online presence through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Facilitating community engagement and analyzing campaign performance across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with each client's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and promotional initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Optimize content and campaigns using SEO best practices.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate campaign results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
  • Experience creating content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
  • Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based businesses or marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Canva AI.
