Job Description
Remote digital marketing specialist promoting personal development and leadership education programs. Managing online enquiries, discovery calls and prospective customer engagement autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate qualified enquiries
- Use digital platforms and social channels to promote personal development and leadership education programs
- Respond to prospective customers who have expressed interest in the programs
- Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email and online platforms
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls
- Manage and follow up enquiries using established processes
- Maintain professional communication standards aligned with organisational values
- Follow a proven marketing system and established digital processes
- Participate in ongoing personal and leadership development
- Work autonomously within a remote office environment
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in any field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable using social media, digital platforms and online systems
- Interest in personal growth and leadership development
- Willingness to develop skills in digital marketing and client engagement
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to commit approximately 15 hours per week
- Reliable internet access, a computer and phone
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, coaching, recruitment, education or consultancy environments is beneficial but not essential
