Job Description
Social Media Specialist collaborating with marketing leaders to manage social media communities at Henry Schein. Developing strategies and creating content for various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with marketing leaders, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications to build and manage social media communities.
- Developing and implementing an integrated social media strategy and roadmap.
- Researching trends related to social media/networking and recommending adoption of strategic proposals.
- Solicit, create, and post content that attracts attention and encourages engagement.
- Writing and editing content for social media, blogs, video, and other internal and external communications.
Requirements:
- Experience developing social marketing tactics in B2B environment.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva and other video editing tools and social editing apps.
- Knowledgeable in social media monitoring software.
- Demonstrated ability to influence social media landscape (e.g., gain followers in social media environment).
- Good project management and client/organizational persuasion skills.
- Ability to influence large organizations without requiring functional control.
