Job Description

Social Media Specialist creating engaging visual content and managing social media for a client-focused marketing firm. Supporting content development and marketing operations in a global context.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging graphics for social media ads, photos, and videos that align with the brand’s identity.
  • Develop content for both organic and paid campaigns that resonates with the target audience.
  • Adapt designs across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook while maintaining visual consistency and messaging.
  • Organize and manage content assets, including sourcing images, uploading files, and maintaining shared folders.
  • Support marketing workflows through post scheduling and report updates.
  • Assist in preparing materials for case studies, campaigns, and client deliverables.
  • Manage the posting schedule to ensure timely content aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activity with broader strategies.
  • Use analytics to refine posting schedules and improve engagement across channels.
  • Support or run Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track ad performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements for ROI.
  • Participate in client-facing communication, including strategy discussions, reporting, and campaign updates when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management with a focus on graphic design and content creation.
  • Experience with Meta Ads campaigns is highly valued.
  • Client-facing experience is a plus.
  • Strong graphic design experience for digital ads, photos, and video content.
  • Knowledge of social media platform best practices, audience targeting, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with GHL or similar tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage posting schedules and work within deadlines consistently.
  • Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and combine creative with operational responsibilities.
