Job Description

Social Media Marketing Manager building and executing campaigns for high-net-worth investors focused on real estate. Managing engagement and creating content across platforms to generate leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and executing social media campaigns to attract high-net-worth investors.
  • Manage daily engagement across multiple social media platforms.
  • Create, edit, and schedule posts highlighting market insights and client success stories.
  • Run paid and organic campaigns targeting accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Generate monthly analytics reports tracking impressions and engagement metrics.
  • Test creative variations and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing social media for real estate, finance, or B2C brands.
  • Proven ability to turn engagement into leads independently.
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), CapCut, and Meta/Google Ads Manager.
  • Able to craft 60-second Reels that convert property visuals into investor-focused narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset: can analyze and explain engagement metrics beyond surface-level numbers.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles (cap rates, cash-on-cash, 1031 exchanges) or rapid learning ability.
  • Operates with an ownership mindset: treats every lead and content piece as impacting business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working full-time, independently, and in a fast-moving remote environment.
