Job Description

Senior Social Media Executive leading the development and execution of high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced agency. Responsible for content strategy, influencer management, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the ideation, strategic planning, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Content Strategy & Production Oversight: Craft and oversee the production of all social media content, including static posts, carousels, Stories, and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).
  • Creator & Influencer Marketing: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators and KOLs who align with campaign objectives and brand values.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Administration: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic Pitch & Research Support: Play a key role in developing pitch materials for new business, contributing competitor analysis, trend reports, keyword research, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in social media management, with a strong background in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing end-to-end social media campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in creator/influencer management, including sourcing, briefing, and relationship management.
  • Strong content production skills, with experience directing photo/video shoots and a solid understanding of what makes compelling content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Excellent project management and internal coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Highly analytical, with a proven ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create comprehensive performance reports.
  • Exceptional client communication and presentation skills, with experience contributing to strategic pitches and client meetings.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (especially for content scheduling), analytics platforms, and content creation apps.
