Job Description
Software Engineer building Base360.ai’s AI operating system for short-term rental businesses. Developing APIs, automations, AI agents and integrations for property operators.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale Base360.ai, an AI operating system for short-term rental businesses
- Design and develop scalable applications, services and APIs for reservations, availability, pricing, payments, guest experiences and property operations
- Build event-driven workflows to automate cleaning schedules, check-in instructions and owner statements
- Use LLMs and AI agents to automate guest communication, triage maintenance requests, support pricing decisions and help operators manage portfolios
- Create APIs connecting internal services, booking channels, third-party providers and customer systems
- Build and maintain integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google and other partners
- Solve operational problems involving reservation and availability sync, dynamic pricing, smart locks, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance, owner reporting, financial workflows, monitoring and alerts
- Own projects end to end, from understanding operator problems through architecture, implementation, deployment and ongoing improvement
Requirements:
- Based in Algeria
- Experience building and owning production software
- Experience with Python, FastAPI, React or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases and cloud architecture
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product mindset
- Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency
- Bias toward action, shipping and learning from real users
- Bonus: experience with short-term rentals or hospitality tech, multi-tenant SaaS, booking channel integrations, AI agents, event-driven architectures, Supabase or AWS serverless
