Job Description
Software Engineer responsible for driving B2B commerce solutions in hospitality and fintech. Collaborating with hotel partners and building integrations with existing ERP and operational tools.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end implementations and solutions for hotel partners
- Own the customer technical journey from discovery to deployment
- Build scalable integration frameworks
- Enable rapid onboarding by identifying implementation patterns
- Shape the product roadmap through direct customer insights
- Develop strategic partnerships with sales and go-to-market teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience shipping production systems
- Comfortable owning the customer journey from initial pre-sales discovery through production implementation
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- Full-stack generalist with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and building reliable data pipelines
- Excellent technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building software for industries with complex operational workflows, ideally in hospitality, payments, or marketplace environments
- Understanding that this role involves hands-on coding, product management, technical customer success, and solution architecture
