Job Description
Solution Consultant specializing in HCM applications for Manufacturing, Utilities & Transportation. Demonstrating Workday's value through technical presentations and customer engagement during sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's HCM applications to customers
- Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
- Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training
- Contribute to the qualification of opportunities and sales cycle closure plans
- Support all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives
- Participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to understand pain points and ideal future state
- Provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through product demonstrations
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Requirements:
- 3+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise
- 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g. Infor, Greenhouse, iCims, SAP, Oracle, UKG and Ceridian etc.)
- 1+ years in a presales, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role
- 3+ years working with talent optimization, core talent, learning, recruiting, candidate engagement, and compensation
- Experience in Human Resources within Manufacturing, Utilities & Transportation preferred.
- Outstanding and dynamic presentation & communication skills
- Experience with value based selling
- Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, talking to and selling to the office of the CHRO specifically.
