Job Description

Assistant Solutions Advisor responsible for generating, developing, and closing new business opportunities at BELAY. Focused on driving client acquisition through strategic partnerships and relationship-driven sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach efforts
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across targeted industries, including financial advisors, RIAs, wealth management firms, and other key market segments
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and position BELAY's Assistant Solutions offerings appropriately
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through qualification, proposal discussions, and signed agreement
  • Develop and maintain channel, referral, and strategic partnership relationships that support ongoing lead generation and business growth
  • Represent BELAY at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and association meetings
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, event follow-up activities, and market growth initiatives
  • Utilize Salesforce, Gong Engage, or similar platforms to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful business development, outbound sales, partnership development, and consultative sales experience
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, professional services, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and proactive business development activities
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
