Job Description
Mendix Dev Tech Lead developing and maintaining applications using Mendix platform at Dexcom. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize systems and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other Dexcom teams to develop requirements, design criteria, and testing procedures.
- Develop new and maintain existing workflows applications based on Mendix platform, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Support manufacturing operations by investigating and solving application issues involving process data collection and integrations with other systems.
- Create and update technical, validation, and administrative documentation following Dexcom’s SLDC methodology.
- Perform unit, integration, and validation testing both independently and with other teams.
- Participate in multiple projects /solution design sessions, providing technical input and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with business analysts and users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Mendix solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand processes and implement supportive application solutions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience, senior skill levels.
- Proven experience in developing Mendix applications from concept through deployment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
