Job Description

Data Engineer structuring customer journey focused corporate data architecture at RD Station. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for scalable solutions in production.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for structuring the corporate data architecture and model oriented to the customer journey, supporting the construction of RD Station's data foundation.
  • This role will play a central part in defining and implementing the identity model and corporate entities, ensuring data consistency, governance, and reuse across different domains of the company.
  • The work will be carried out in partnership with Product, Marketing, RevOps and other squads, working not only on the conceptual design but also on the technical realization of these decisions into scalable production solutions.
  • This work will be central to strategic initiatives such as Elo360, which aims to enable an integrated view of the customer journey and greater analytical autonomy for business areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data (engineering, architecture, or analytics), with significant involvement in structuring corporate models or analytical platforms.
  • Experience in companies with a digital product or continuous operations, contributing to the evolution of data layers used by multiple areas.
  • Hands-on experience in initiatives related to unifying customer view, modeling corporate entities, or resolving identity across systems.
  • Strong command of analytical and corporate data modeling (e.g., dimensional models, normalized entities, semantic layers).
  • Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle management.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (such as BigQuery) and developing data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data engineering practices (ELT, version control, testing).
