Job Description
Staff Engineer leading technical strategy and architecture for AI-powered incident response platform at MOXFIVE. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and establishing engineering standards.
Responsibilities:
- Defining the boundaries between services and designing event-driven architectures that are resilient by default.
- Leading the integration of LLMs into production workflows.
- Establishing best practices for API governance, testing frameworks, and observability standards.
- Partnering with product management to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time spent in a Staff, Principal, or Lead role designing distributed systems at scale.
- Mastery of Go and Python.
- Diverse experience architecting data layers.
- Expertise in defining API contracts and standards.
- Understanding that distributed transactions are hard.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes networking.
- Nice to have - Proven track record of taking AI features from prototype to production.
- Nice to have - Deep familiarity with AWS ecosystems.
