Job Description
Staff Software Development Engineer developing complex solutions for Novologix business users. Working extensively with .NET applications and Azure cloud services while mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Role requires extensive knowledge of the Novologix application
- Support and lead others to develop .NET web applications and Azure cloud services
- Create, implement, and ensure measures for successful execution
- Provide input regarding improvement goals for business divisions
- Independently perform ongoing system maintenance, research, and problem resolution
- Work with Novologix ARB to identify opportunities for technology improvements
- Direct groups to design, develop, and implement application projects
- Develop and execute strategies for application development aligned with business objectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Interface with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Implement systems to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency of applications
- Coach and mentor junior-level team members
- Communicate regularly with external partners and clients
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
- Extensive knowledge of the Novologix application
- Proven experience of designing and delivering complex solutions for Novologix business users
- Ability to develop .NET web applications, Azure cloud applications, API services, and SQL Server tables
