Job Description
Staff Software Engineer at Polly developing mobile technology for car insurance. Collaborating with teams to deliver quality-driven engineering and automated testing practices.
Responsibilities:
- Combine strong technical skills with a “can-do” attitude
- Advocate for automated testing, strong observability, and resilient design
- Drive maintainable, well-tested code and modern development practices
- Guide and mentor engineers across levels
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders
Requirements:
- Strong backend and/or frontend development (C#, .NET, React, Python, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture
- Proven experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring
