Job Description
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant configuring and supporting HR and payroll solutions at Zalaris. Resolving incidents, delivering enhancements, testing changes, and training customers.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customise the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Define business requirements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations
- Analyse and resolve system incidents, service requests, and functional issues
- Perform mass data updates and customise the Employee Central data model
- Develop and execute system testing and validation following configuration changes
- Deliver end-user training and develop training materials
- Create and maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles
- Maintain effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants
- Provide ongoing configuration, customisation, support, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Deliver enhancements and change requests
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a consulting environment
- Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience supporting and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors solutions in a production environment
- Professional proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
- Experience in the customisation of integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is an advantage
- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules would be an advantage
- Takes ownership of tasks and delivers results in a structured and professional manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify practical solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams
