Job Description
Supply Chain Specialist overseeing and optimizing MV and HV equipment supply chain lifecycle for Anza. Focusing on procurement, vendor management, and logistics for enhanced project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain lifecycle for medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) equipment
- Lead the development and execution of competitive bidding processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) for MV and HV equipment
- Evaluate bids for both commercial and technical project requirements
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that align with company objectives
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key suppliers
- Lead complex contract negotiations, securing favorable terms regarding pricing and delivery timelines
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Assurance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing
- At least 3 years focused specifically on medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) electrical equipment
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of MV and HV power transformers (design, specifications, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics)
- Familiarity with other substation components is highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with vendors and internal teams
