Job Description
Supply Chain Risk Manager mitigating supplier and enterprise risks for RTX, an aerospace and defense company. Analyzing Tableau and SAP data, coordinating mitigation actions, and presenting risk insights to leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and interpret external risk events for potential business interruptions
- Collaborate with SBU supply chain functions and Collins Enterprise Teams on risk mitigation initiatives
- Coordinate communication and align SBU risk actions across functional areas
- Develop, prepare, and deliver executive-level risk presentations
- Represent and advocate for the SBU supplier risk position in enterprise and corporate risk initiatives
- Build, develop, and apply analytical models for risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Support and validate system testing for risk tools and processes
- Extract, synthesize, and analyze large datasets from Tableau and SAP for extensive risk analysis
- Track, manage, and drive risk events to closure
- Represent the SBU in customer audits related to risk
- Build and maintain relationships across the SBU and supply base
- Execute and lead special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel experience
- Advanced PowerPoint experience preferred
- Experience in Supply Chain Risk Management preferred
- Experience developing and tracking recommendations for risk mitigation strategies preferred
- Experience developing and presenting executive-level presentations preferred
- Experience leading projects preferred
- Aerospace or similar manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or meet immigration status requirements
- No security clearance required
