Job Description
SVP leading healthcare media strategy for major pharmaceutical clients. Building Inizio Evoke's pitch capability, new-business growth engine, and innovative healthcare media practice.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver transformational client leadership and shape how Inizio Evoke wins future business
- Serve as executive sponsor and strategic lead for one of the agency's largest client relationships
- Build trusted relationships with senior marketing and commercial leaders
- Lead integrated media strategy across HCP, patient and consumer audiences
- Guide annual planning, investment strategy, measurement and optimization
- Identify partnership expansion opportunities through thinking and delivery
- Mentor diverse teams and enhance strategic thinking across accounts
- Partner with Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy Medical, Analytics and Engagement Planning
- Build and evolve the agency's media pitch product and go-to-market story
- Lead media strategy for competitive reviews, RFPs and credentials presentations
- Develop repeatable frameworks, planning tools and pitch assets
- Coach media leaders and subject-matter experts participating in pitches
- Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and shape winning strategies
- Translate industry trends, AI, data and measurement progress into client solutions
- Represent the agency at client meetings, conferences and industry events
- Increase media-driven organic growth opportunities, improve win rates, and position Inizio Evoke as an innovative healthcare media agency
Requirements:
- 12+ years leading media strategy within an agency environment
- Deep healthcare and pharmaceutical media expertise
- Experience leading complex client relationships
- Storyteller and presenter with significant pitch experience
- Experience winning new business and building agency capabilities
- Strong understanding of omnichannel media, analytics and new technology
