Job Description

SVP serving as Wiland’s nonprofit-sector subject matter expert and industry engagement leader. Guiding product, data, market, and go-to-market strategy through executive relationships and fundraising expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the company’s primary subject matter expert and industry engagement leader for the nonprofit and advocacy sectors
  • Develop and maintain C-suite relationships within the industry
  • Reinforce Wiland’s leadership position in the market
  • Expand Wiland’s understanding of the nonprofit marketplace
  • Identify emerging industry trends
  • Advise on vertical-specific product and data strategy
  • Champion Wiland as a recognized and trusted thought leader within the sector
  • Monitor market developments, competitive activity, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Analytics leadership to identify opportunities for new products, data assets, models, and capabilities
  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding nonprofit-focused product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to support strategic opportunities, executive-level client discussions, and key account initiatives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit fundraising, advocacy, audience development, political engagement, or related sectors
  • Deep understanding of donor acquisition, donor file growth, fundraising analytics, and nonprofit marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and business growth through market expertise
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leaders, clients, boards, and industry audiences
  • Established relationships within the nonprofit and advocacy ecosystem
  • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States
