Job Description
Business Systems Analyst supporting strategic projects at outsourcing partner. Analyzing business processes and collaborating with technical teams to improve solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Handle partner-related issues, ensuring that requests do not overflow to the engineering team (N3), operating at a more analytical and technical N2 support layer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Respond to employee support requests, acting as the technical point of contact who resolves functionality issues without overloading the engineering team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Participation in technology groups or involvement with relevant professional communities.
- Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, accountable, with strategic thinking focused on results, flexibility, and professional maturity.
- Solution-oriented profile with strong ability to resolve technical and functional problems independently.
- Skilled in data analysis and generating management reports.
- Clear communication skills, focused on connecting with and understanding business needs, translating them into technical solutions without escalating issues directly to N3.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems and ensure efficient process execution.
- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL.
