Job Description
Systems Engineer providing strong troubleshooting and end-user support expertise in enterprise environments. Engage directly with clients to implement and optimize systems solutions at Ascend Technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies including servers, storage, Active Directory topologies.
- Provide consulting to client-base on integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Work with various engineering teams within Ascend to implement advanced business solutions to meet customer needs in critical environments.
- Report to team leads with work progress on a regular basis as required.
- Manage client tickets and provide detailed documentation to required parties.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3 - 4 years of Systems Engineering.
- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with M365.
- Strong Intune with mobile device experience.
- Strong MFA and/or Single-SignOn.
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server Platforms and Desktop Operating Systems.
- Experience with change management, product lifecycles, and customer service.
