Job Description
Teamlead Frontend Development leading teams building tailored enterprise software for major companies. Owning JavaScript/TypeScript, React and GraphQL architecture at SYZYGY Techsolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of four to six frontend developers and support their individual and collective development
- Stay up to date with technology trends and share knowledge with colleagues
- Collaborate with the team on modern web applications for long-standing enterprise customers
- Act in the roles of developer, coach, motivator, sparring partner and technical lead as required
- Own the architecture and technical direction of the team and product
- Analyze customer requirements, design tailored solutions and implement them in close cooperation with customers
Requirements:
- Extensive professional experience in enterprise web development using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Ideally, experience with React, GraphQL and related technologies
- Ideally, familiarity with .NET backends and .NET projects
- Experience in professionally leading software developers
- Preferably, initial experience with line (disciplinary) management
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Ability to operate confidently in an agile environment and to inspire others
- Decisiveness and willingness to make decisions
- Open and clear communication style
- Very good German language skills
