Job Description
Teamlead Frontend Development leading developers and building enterprise web solutions at SYZYGY Techsolutions, a digital transformation agency. Driving React-based architecture, customer solutions, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of four to six frontend developers
- Keep up with new technology trends and share knowledge with colleagues
- Collaborate with the team on modern web applications for long-standing enterprise customers
- Act as developer, coach, motivator, sparring partner, and technical lead as needed
- Take primary technical responsibility for the team's and product's architecture and technical direction
- Analyze customer requirements
- Develop tailored solutions with the team
- Implement solutions in close collaboration with customers
Requirements:
- Extensive professional experience in enterprise web development with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Ideally experience with React and GraphQL and related technologies
- Ideally knowledge of backend development in .NET projects
- Experience in the technical/functional leadership of software developers
- Ideally some initial experience in disciplinary/line management
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Confident working within an agile context
- Open and clear communication style
- Very good command of German
- Willingness and ability to make decisions
